SHIPPING
All orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours after we receive notification of successful payment.
Orders received on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
All orders will incur a standard flat rate shipping fee, which will be visible on the CART or CHECKOUT page, after you have added a product to your cart.
LOCAL EXCHANGE (FREE SHIPPING):
For instances, when customers have pre-arranged a local pickup or delivery, you will receive a COUPON CODE for FREE SHIPPING. This code can be entered on the CART or CHECKOUT pages, which will remove the SHIPPING FEE. This code must be entered and applied prior to payment! It is the customer’s responsibility to apply coupon codes! Once the payment is made, we do not give coupon related refunds due to customer failure to enter and apply coupon codes!
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for any products. However, you may receive an exchange based on the conditions provided in the following section.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
The following sections indicate instances when we will or will not provide a product exchange, as well as the requirements and process for initiating returns.
CARRIER DAMAGE
We are not responsible for product damages inflicted by the shipping carrier. All products are packaged to provide reasonable protection of the contents inside, and marked with appropriate shipping cautions. If you receive a product that has obvious damage, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, according to their policies and procedures. PRINTING MISHAPS
For instances when our printing company makes production mistakes, such as missing pages, incorrect page order, page orientation, discoloration of graphics, etc., we will provide/ship you a replacement product free of charge, according to the following RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCESS.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS
INITIAL NOTIFICATION
If your exchange request falls into an authorized category, the first step is to email us at [email protected]. You are required to give a summary of the reason for the exchange request, attaching any related photos or other visual evidence, and providing the order number received for your original purchase.
AUTHORIZATION
Once we have reviewed your request, we will notify you of the approval/denial. If approved, we will provide direction on how to return the product.
THE EXCHANGE
Once we have received, inspected, & validated the returned product, we will ship you a new product free of charge. Notification of the shipment will be provided to you.
